Chemin transfrontalier/Border routes - Institut Oecuménique
This beautifully situated ecumenical institute, supported by the University of Geneva, often hosts pilgrim groups overnight. The Way of St. James passes right by, as does one of the 12 "discovery trails" around Geneva, which explore the history and culture of this region.
Starting points:
Château de Bossey, Céligny or Founex
Time required:
The entire route, No. 12, is 10 km long, making it a perfect day's rest. It would definitely be worth planning a short stop in Céligny, about one kilometer before the institute.
Public transport:
Bus from Nyon or Coppet train stations
