Trout live alternately in lakes and rivers. They spawn in rivers. Some species then stay there, while others migrate to the lake. These, too, rise again to spawn.
Most wild populations are now threatened. Their abundance in rivers depends heavily on the understanding and consideration of the local population. This trail aims to foster this understanding.

Starting point:
Port du Petit Bois in Morges, near the mouth of the Morges River, leads to St-Prex, where you rejoin the Way of St. James.

Time required:
Compared to the more direct route of the Way of St. James, you must allow an additional hour of hiking time.
