"On the Way of St. James through Switzerland" by Andreas Seifert

This is how Andreas Seifert describes his book:
For almost exactly 5 years I have been making a pilgrimage through the country, bit by bit, from east to west, about 700km in 31 stages.

I crossed four passes up to 2600 meters high. My route led me over the Alps, along the northern edge of the Alps, through the western Mittelland, and down into the Rhone Valley on the French border. There were areas that were almost deserted, and then there were densely built-up and populated regions. I experienced culture and nature in harmony in some places and in conflict in others.

In my 279-page book, I take the reader along on my hike and show the beauty of the country with the help of numerous photos.
Perhaps it will awaken the desire to walk one or two routes yourself?
